We ship via USPS 1st Class International, and USPS estimates it should only take 7-21 business days to most destinations. Most shipment do arrive in a timely fashion, however occasionally we see a package take up to one month or more to reach its destination. We obviously can’t control these delays and unfortunately can’t effect them in any way.

If you have a tracking number, you may check with customs or your local post office to make sure there have not been any delivery attempts or problems in import. This is something you’ll want to do if there’s a delay and is often the issue with a delayed package and can help immediately.

Unfortunately we do not have access to the inner working of your countries postal service or customs department, so we can’t tell you why something is delayed. We use the same tracking you do, and we’ve learned that all countries vary in their level of tracking abilities and what they report back to USPS.

Do you allow returns?
Yes, any MavMount adapter in NEW condition can be returned for the value of the MavMount within 10 days of the delivery date (listed on the shipping companies tracking). Please email us for a return authorization, and we’ll arrange your processing. There is a $10 restocking fee. Other items are 25% restocking. Shipping is never refundable.
